Appointment Setter
You call the leads, qualify them, and book appointments that show up.
An appointment setter calls the leads generated by the campaigns, qualifies them against written criteria and books appointments for the people who sell. The work is measured on two numbers: appointments booked and appointments that actually show up. At Trein Group you work remotely from lists that come out of the CRM, with scripts and objections already mapped.
What you'll do
Call leads within minutes of their request: response speed is the first factor
Qualify against written criteria — budget, timing, who decides — and set aside whoever doesn't fit
Book appointments in the calendar and cut no-shows with reminders
Keep the CRM current: every call leaves a note and the right status
Report the objections you hear on the phone: ads and scripts change on the back of them
Who we're looking for
You don't mind a high volume of calls a day, and starting again after twenty nos
You speak clean Italian on the phone and listen more than you recite
You've used a CRM and know how one wrong status kills a follow-up
You're available in the hours when leads actually pick up, from morning to early evening
Not required, but it counts
Outbound, phone sales or a commercial front desk
Having sold home products to consumers: windows, solar, renovations
Comfortable using WhatsApp as a work channel, not just a personal one
